Shipping policy
1. General Shipping Information
• We partner with trusted fulfillment providers to produce and ship made-to-order products.
• Shipping times depend on the product type, destination, and production facility location.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Orders cannot be modified after they have been placed.
2. Shipping for Made-to-Order Products
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2-7 business days.
• Shipping Time:
• Domestic (UK): 3-5 business days.
• International: 5-15 business days depending on location.
• Shipping Partners: We use trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors (e.g., customs delays).
3. Shipping for Original Artwork
Original artwork is handled with extra care to ensure safe delivery:
• Processing Time: Orders for original art will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping Partners: Packages are shipped exclusively via DPD or DHL.
• Shipping Costs:
• Shipping is included for UK orders.
• International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
• Insurance: Original artwork is insured for its full retail value during transit. Once delivered, we are no longer responsible for loss or damage.
• International Orders: Additional duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Returns: If a package is returned to us due to non-acceptance, an e-commerce credit will be issued minus shipping costs.
4. Shipping Restrictions
• Acrylic Paint Pens: Currently, acrylic paint pens are only available for shipping within the UK.
• International shipping for select products, including acrylic paint pens, will begin in January 2025.
• Original artwork is available for shipping to select countries with prior confirmation.
5. Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver all orders on time, but delays can occur due to:
• High demand during holidays.
• Customs processing for international shipments.
• Shipping carrier delays outside our control.
